Soufflé Pancake Recipe

  Ingredients:   a.        Egg-2 b.        Pancake flour-  1 bowl c.        Sugar- 5 teaspoon d.        Salt- 2 pinch e.        Vanilla essence- 1 tea spoon f.         Vegetable oil- 1 table spoon g.        Milk h.        Baking powder-3/4 spoon i.          Chocolate- melted (optional) j.          Fruits of your choice (optional) k.        Dry fruits of your choice (optional) l.          Honey (Optional)   Recipe   1.        First, separate the egg white and yolk in a different bowl. 2.        Then to a yolk part; add pancake flour, salt, vanilla essence, vegetable oil, baking powder. Mix them all and make a smooth batter with the milk. 3.        Now, the next part is: blend the egg white part until it is like a foam (also called meringue). Add sugar gradually as soon as it started forming foam.   Masala Milk tea recipe by Joshi N.   Ingredients:   1.       Milk 2.       Water 3.       Tea leaves 4.       Cardamom 5.       Cinnamon 6.       Cloves 7.       Ginger powder 8.       Sugar   Recipe:   1.       Firstly, turn on the gas and heat the tea pan with half cup of water. 2.       Add one tea spoon of tea leaves, one pinch of ginger powder, two cardamom leaves, two cloves, a small piece of Cinnamon. Boil until it gives strong aroma and dark color tication. 3.       Add one table spoon of Sugar and half cup of milk into the tea pan. 4.       Boil for a minute. 5.       Now, Masala milk tea is ready.   Chukauni Recipe: By Joshi N.   Ingredients: 1.       Potato (Preferably Mustang Potato) 2.       Onion 3.       Green Chilly 4.       Coriander Leaves 5.       Sweet Curd 6.       Turmeric Powder 7.       Salt 8.       Chilly powder 9.       Fenugreek seeds (Methi) 10.   Green Peas (Matar) 11.   Vegetable Oil   Recipe:   1.       Boil 8 pieces of potatoes until it is cooked properly. Peel its outer layers. Chop them into four pieces (divide equally into four pieces: it looks visually appealing). 2.       Whisk 300 ml of sweet curd (if the curd is not sweet you can add sugar to make it sweet).   Easy Apple Porridge recipe:   Ingredients: 1.     Apples 2.     Dry fruits- Almonds, Cashew nuts, Walnuts, Pistachio, Dried grapes or any   of your choice 3.     Half liter milk 4.     Sugar  5.     Butter/ Ghee   Recipe: 1. Take 2 apples, Peel and grate them. 2. Heat the pan and add half table spoon of butter. Then, add the grated apple and add one and half table spoon of sugar and blend the content slowly until the grated apple gets dry. After the grated apple content gets dry, settle it to cool. 3. Now take a pan and pour the milk. Boil the milk until it become half of the previous volume. 4. Mix the grated apple in the milk along with the crushed dry fruits and mix them all and stir them for 1 minute. 5. Now, garnish the porridge with some dry fruits and deliciously looking and yummy Apple porridge is ready to serve.

  Easy bread pizza recipe   Ingredients: 1.     Sliced bread 2.     Ketchup 3.     Tomato 4.     Onion 5.     Capsicum 6.     Oregano 7.     Cheese Recipe: 1. First grate the Cheese of your choice. Here I am using Yak Cheese. 2. Chop 1 capsicum, 1 onion and one ripe tomato in a fine cube pieces. 3. Toast the one side of the bread where you will be adding pizza paste and cheese. 4. For the pizza paste: heat the pan and add one tablespoon of oil, then add chopped onion, capsicum and tomato in the pan and blend for 3 minutes. Then add 6 tablespoon of ketchup and 1/3 tablespoon of oregano. Blend them for 1 minute. 5. Now in a next pan, add a bread and slightly cover the bread with just made pizza paste and lots of cheese. Heat the pan in a low flame otherwise your bread will burn black. Then cover the pan with pan lead for few minutes to melt the cheese. 6. Now, your easy bread pizza is ready.

  Irani Chai Recipe:   Ingredients: 1.     Tea leaves 2.     Ginger powder 3.     Sugar 4.     Cardamom 5.     Cloves 6.     Milk 7.     Cotton cloth.   Recipe:  1. First take a steel bowl and add two cups of plain water in the bowl. Then place the cotton cloth over it and tightened the edges of cloth by a rubber. Then, add tea leaves, two table spoon sugar, 1/4 table spoon of ginger powder, 3 pieces of cloves and 3 pieces of cardamom over the cloth.  2. Now, switch on the gas and place the pressure cooker in it, add some water and a pan stand in the cooker. Now, put the bowl in the cooker and let it whistle for 5-6 times. By this time, the color of the tea leaves get dark and all other flavor gets intense. Squeeze the content of cloth in the bowl and kept the tea tication aside.  3. Now, put the tea pan in the gas and add one cup of milk in it. Add tea tication in the milk and boil for 5-6 minutes.  4. Your Irani Chai is ready to serve in your favorite te
