Easy Apple Porridge recipe:

 

Ingredients:

1.    Apples

2.    Dry fruits- Almonds, Cashew nuts, Walnuts, Pistachio, Dried grapes or any  of your choice

3.    Half liter milk

4.    Sugar 

5.    Butter/ Ghee

 

Recipe:

1. Take 2 apples, Peel and grate them.

2. Heat the pan and add half table spoon of butter. Then, add the grated apple and add one and half table spoon of sugar and blend the content slowly until the grated apple gets dry. After the grated apple content gets dry, settle it to cool.

3. Now take a pan and pour the milk. Boil the milk until it become half of the previous volume.

4. Mix the grated apple in the milk along with the crushed dry fruits and mix them all and stir them for 1 minute.

5. Now, garnish the porridge with some dry fruits and deliciously looking and yummy Apple porridge is ready to serve.

A book review “ Karodau Kasturi”

As being a Nepali, I am so very fascinated with the Nepali literature. So, this year (2075) I made a New Year Resolution to read at least a book (Nepali) every month.
