Irani Chai Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

1.    Tea leaves

2.    Ginger powder

3.    Sugar

4.    Cardamom

5.    Cloves

6.    Milk

7.    Cotton cloth.

 

Recipe: 

1. First take a steel bowl and add two cups of plain water in the bowl. Then place the cotton cloth over it and tightened the edges of cloth by a rubber. Then, add tea leaves, two table spoon sugar, 1/4 table spoon of ginger powder, 3 pieces of cloves and 3 pieces of cardamom over the cloth. 

2. Now, switch on the gas and place the pressure cooker in it, add some water and a pan stand in the cooker. Now, put the bowl in the cooker and let it whistle for 5-6 times. By this time, the color of the tea leaves get dark and all other flavor gets intense. Squeeze the content of cloth in the bowl and kept the tea tication aside. 

3. Now, put the tea pan in the gas and add one cup of milk in it. Add tea tication in the milk and boil for 5-6 minutes. 

4. Your Irani Chai is ready to serve in your favorite tea cup.
