Easy bread pizza recipe

 

Ingredients:

1.    Sliced bread

2.    Ketchup

3.    Tomato

4.    Onion

5.    Capsicum

6.    Oregano

7.    Cheese

Recipe:

1. First grate the Cheese of your choice. Here I am using Yak Cheese.

2. Chop 1 capsicum, 1 onion and one ripe tomato in a fine cube pieces.

3. Toast the one side of the bread where you will be adding pizza paste and cheese.

4. For the pizza paste: heat the pan and add one tablespoon of oil, then add chopped onion, capsicum and tomato in the pan and blend for 3 minutes. Then add 6 tablespoon of ketchup and 1/3 tablespoon of oregano. Blend them for 1 minute.

5. Now in a next pan, add a bread and slightly cover the bread with just made pizza paste and lots of cheese. Heat the pan in a low flame otherwise your bread will burn black. Then cover the pan with pan lead for few minutes to melt the cheese.

6. Now, your easy bread pizza is ready.
