Corona Virus- COVID-19 what is QUARANTINE?

Many of you may not know what is QUARANTINE?

Let me discuss about this. Quarantine is such place or say room or space of isolation for a person or animal who might have a disease or who might have been infected by certain disease or infection are kept away from other people or animals separately in order not to spread that disease or infection to other people or animals.

Quarantine is not only for sick people. People who appear healthy and fit could spread disease or infection without knowing they are carriers. As incubation period of some disease can take more than a week or month. Only after the completion of incubation period, the symptoms of disease or infection appears. So, people who stay in Quarantine should stay there until the incubation period of the particular disease or infection. People travelling in various places who appears healthy also require to stay at quarantine, depending on where they are travelling from.

If you think you are at the risk of having certain disease or infection, you can self quarantine yourself and help other not to transmit the disease. It will help you as well as other to stay healthy and happy.

So, Be careful and Stay safe and Keep Yourself away from Covid-19 using the preventive measures which has been posted in our last article.

I finished reading Khabuj by Benyamin ( translated by Dinesh Kafle), Seto Dharti by Amar Neupani, China Harayeko Manche and Hari Bahadur by Haribansa Acharya, Sallipir,Yaar,Lu and Chocolate by Nayan Raj Pandey, Juneli by Brajesh, Juino by Binita Baral, Summer Love, Monsoon and Katha ki Patra by Subin Bhattari, Karnali Blues and Firfire by Buddhi Sagar, Maha ko Ma by Madan Krishna Shrestha and so on. Last weekend I finished reading “Karodau Kasturi” by Madan Puraskar winning Author ‘Amar Neupane’. Though this book was with me from past few years, I could not manage time to read this one. So, last Friday I started reading this book. Karodau Kasturi is based on actor/comedian Haribansa Acharya. This novel is all of imagination, not the true story though, but reflects the truth of the society. The name of no...
