  Masala Milk tea recipe by Joshi N.   Ingredients:   1.       Milk 2.       Water 3.       Tea leaves 4.       Cardamom 5.       Cinnamon 6.       Cloves 7.       Ginger powder 8.       Sugar   Recipe:   1.       Firstly, turn on the gas and heat the tea pan with half cup of water. 2.       Add one tea spoon of tea leaves, one pinch of ginger powder, two cardamom leaves, two cloves, a small piece of Cinnamon. Boil until it gives strong aroma and dark color tication. 3.       Add one table spoon of Sugar and half cup of milk into the tea pan. 4.       Boil for a minute. 5.       Now, Masala milk tea is ready.   Chukauni Recipe: By Joshi N.   Ingredients: 1.       Potato (Preferably Mustang Potato) 2.       Onion 3.       Green Chilly 4.       Coriander Leaves 5.       Sweet Curd 6.       Turmeric Powder 7.       Salt 8.       Chilly powder 9.       Fenugreek seeds (Methi) 10.   Green Peas (Matar) 11.   Vegetable Oil   Recipe:   1.       Boil 8 pieces of potatoes until it is cooked properly. Peel its outer layers. Chop them into four pieces (divide equally into four pieces: it looks visually appealing). 2.       Whisk 300 ml of sweet curd (if the curd is not sweet you can add sugar to make it sweet). Pour half glass of water (regular sized water glass) into it and whisk for a while. 3.       Boil green peas for 3 minutes (as fresh green peas are already ready to eat raw, but boiling it for few minutes will enhance the taste.
