 1.       First, separate the egg white and yolk in a different bowl.

2.       Then to a yolk part; add pancake flour, salt, vanilla essence, vegetable oil, baking powder. Mix them all and make a smooth batter with the milk.

3.       Now, the next part is: blend the egg white part until it is like a foam (also called meringue). Add sugar gradually as soon as it started forming foam. (You can blend the egg white manually with the help of whisk or if you have hand blender, use it).

4.       Now, add the batter to the meringue. Blend it lightly with the spatula and set aside.

5.       You can now pour the mixture in a pan as it is. But if you want to make a perfect circle soufflé pancake you need to follow the instruction below:

-          Take an aluminum foil.

-          Cut it up to around 4.5 inches

-          Fold it as 1.5 inch

-          Now, it looks like a ruler

-          Then roll it and make a circle out of it.

-          Staple the edges with the stapler.

-          Now, it is ready. Make 4-5 similar aluminum foil circle.

6.       Grease the aluminum foil circle with the vegetable oil.

7.       Heat the non-stick pan in a low flame.

8.       Now, add the aluminum foil over a pan and pour the pancake mix over it.

9.       Pour approximately half of the aluminum foil height because your soufflé will increases its height after it is cooked.

10.   Cover the pan with a lead for 1-2 minutes.

11.   One side of the pancake will be ready by 2 minutes, now flip the next side with the help of spatula.

12.   Again cook the other side 1-2 minutes and take out the pancake. Repeat the process until your batter is finished.

13.   Now, after the pancake is cool, cut the aluminum fold out of pancake. You can now see, your fluffy soufflé pancake is ready.

14.   You can have it as it is. Or do some garnishing and have it.

15.   To garnish, take out the clean plate of your choice, add your soufflé pancake as in the picture below, add the chopped fruits, dry fruits of your choice, drizzle melted chocolate, drizzle honey or any syrup of your choice. You can add ice-cream and some icing sugar.  You can garnish as per your wish. Garnishing is all about you and your creativity.

16.   Try making this easy recipe at your home. You will be impressed by yourself definitely.
